GO! - WHAT IS GO?

Our goal as a faith family is to pour ourselves out for the sake of the lost, the poor and the global church. At Grace Community our approach is to strengthen the global church and to go into all the world and make disciples.

We do this by supporting Missionary Partners (GO!-Partners) world wide and by creating short-term mission trips.

GO!-Partners are families and individuals that followed God's call for their lives to bring the Gospel into all the world. Grace partners with different missionaries around the world as they are helping to expand the kingdom of God. Their ministries range from church planting, to Bible education, to caring for the orphans and the widows, or using their creative talents. Our hope is to develop a personal connectedness between our GO!-Partners and our community. You can join with them in their ministries through prayer and financial support.

Short-term trips are the primary means to achieve the goal of strengthening the global church, and to send our congregation into the world.

Short-term trips are strategically designed to serve the church by identifying and equipping leaders to take the people of Grace Community and partner with collaborating churches and field partners. We want to:

Engage the lost in partnership with the local church
Empower the poor through ministry alongside the local church (ex. Build a school in Kenya through that existing local church.)
Equip the church primarily through biblical training

Our prayer is as our faith family goes to serve the church on short-term trips God will use that exposure of different contexts to prompt many to serve in longer capacities.
Joining a Short-term trip is easy.

If you are interested in a trip, click on the “Apply” button to begin the registration process. In order to apply for a Short-Term Trip an individual must be a Christ-follower; Member of Grace Community church or a regular attender; Demonstrates understanding of the Gospel and the biblical mandate for global missions; Expressed agreement with Grace Community's Vision, Mission, Goal, Values, Strategy, Statement of Beliefs and Community Covenant.
