We know if you are a first-time visitor to Grace Community, there are a number of things you want to know...  Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions, if you have any other questions, use the attached form to submit them, and we'll answer as soon as we can!

Where are you located?   We are located at 275 Billerica Road in Chelmsford, MA. Coming from Exit 29 on route 3, we are on the left immediately after the 3M building, in the back of an office building behind QuickPrint.

Where do I park/enter the church? We have a lot that can accommodate approximately 200 cars, which is usually adequate parking, the main entrance is around back, but we have side entrance which brings you into our kids wing.

How will I know what to do, or where to go? We have a group of greeters at the main entrance, they are a part of the Starting Point ministry and have been trained to both welcome you warmly and direct you to the right place.

What is your worship service like? We have an informal style, often you will find our worship leaders and pastors wearing jeans. We begin with 4 or 5 worship songs, by artists like Chris Tomlin, Hillsong and David Crowder Band; once a month we take communion or have a time of family prayer together. After singing, we have a message delivered by one of our pastors, the messages are an interactive style, delivered in a multi-media presentation. Our services are approximately one hour in length.

Do you have anything for my kids?  Yes! At the 9:00AM hour, we have Grace Kids programs for children, Infant-5th grade.  At the 10:30AM hour Grace Kids programs are provided for Infants - Kindergarteners and our 1st-5th graders are invited to join their families to worship and learn together in the main sanctuary.

During the 9AM service we also have our Student Ministry service, for students 6^th-12^th grade (this continues through the summer). All kids' and youth programs take place down in the kids wing. There are more volunteers down in the kids wing ready to check you in, and lead you in the right direction.

Why do you take an offering? Each week we have a time where we take an offering, this money is used to support the running of our church(our building, staff, programs, and future), we are not part of any other organization, we are independent. We believe God calls us, as His children, to be generous givers, most people give at Grace because they support what this community is doing, and want it to continue. If you are a visitor, don't feel any obligation to give. (Nobody will notice if you just let the plate pass by!) We also have online giving available.

What do you do with the Connection Card I fill out? If you are new, we ask you to fill in a Connection Card, it allows us to keep track of who visits us, someone from Grace will reach out to welcome you, and to help answer any questions you have. We also have a place on the back of the connection card to share prayer needs you have, every week our staff and elders pray for those items that have been brought to us via the Connection Cards. (We will never share your information with anyone: what is on the cards/personal info, and prayers are considered private and will remain confidential.)

What is Starting Point? In our gym we have a large desk that is both a resource for sign-ups and church events, and also a 'help desk', with all the information you'll need if you are new. Anytime you have questions visit Starting Point, the volunteers behind it would be more than happy to help you!

I have been attending services for awhile, what is the next step for getting involved? Quarterly we have Newcomers Classes during the 10:30 AM hour, you can sign-up at the Starting Point desk.
