We have many opportunities for women to connect with each other, grow in their faith, and be encouraged at Grace Community. Between regular weekly events, and special opportunities, we want to provide a place for women to discover and fulfill God's call on their lives.
For more information about any of the opportunities below, please email Linda Sheeks at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Women's Wednesday morning & Evening Bible Study
Looking to go deeper with God? There are two bible studies just for women, one on Wednesday morning which meets from 9:30- 11am and one on Wednesday evening from 7-9pm. Both groups meet at GCC. We'll begin our study of the book of Nehemiah starting on Wednesday, Sept 12. Please join us as we see how God's provision and protection help Nehemiah and his people to persevere in the rebuilding of the wall of Jerusalem. What can we learn about dealing with opposition, fear, and discouragement? May we be inspired to face our own difficulties through seeing God's faithfulness at work!
women's Book CLub
For those of you who enjoy reading, and would like to get together with other women from Grace, please join us! We meet on the second Monday of every month at 6:30pm at Grace Community in Chelmsford. We read and discuss popular titles, both Christian and secular.
Moms' Coffee and Conversation
Are you home with young children and would like to compare notes with other moms on the joys and challenges of this stage of life? We’ll have a warm cup of coffee and an encouraging word waiting for you on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 9:30-11am. We meet in the 4&5 year olds' classroom.
Save the date!
December 1st, 2018 Women's Christmas Brunch (Sign Up Below!)
The Women of Grace will be gathering for a Christmas Brunch, spending some time together preparing our hearts, minds and homes to celebrate the birth of our Savior. We’ll share some thoughts on how to focus on Him during this busy season, enjoy some great food, and make a beautiful Advent centerpiece. The cost of the event is $15 per person. You can sign up and pay here or at Starting Point. We’re also asking that each person bring a pair of gloves or a pair of fancy socks (no Christmas motifs) to the event as a gift for the women of Hagar’s Sisters. If you’d like to help with food please contact Linda Sheeks or sign up at Starting Point. We hope you can join us!

Men's Service group
We know that men usually have an easier time getting to know each other better, and sharing life together when they're working on a project. We have a men's work team, whose goal is to make Christ visible by serving folks inside and outside our church by doing small scale building projects and home repair. Email Gary Merksamer for more information or to get involved in our next service day.
